DESCRIPTION: This exclusive level of sponsorship includes: 

• Prominent company name/logo on banner at the registration board at BUILD/IT 

• All show signage which includes the “BUILD/IT” logo including all promo material printed or shared digitally including social media, official CSI email correspondence, local paper and news coverage 

• Company name/logo at the header of the “BUILD/IT” homepage at csimemphis.org  

• Company name/logo on the vendor and speaker name badges

• Name announced once each hour over the PA system during BUILD/IT

DESCRIPTION: This level of sponsorship includes: 

• Company name/logo on all news media designated to PreShow activities related to the Keynote Address.   Estimated attendance averages 200+ people. 

• Name announced once each hour over the PA system during BUILD/IT.  

• Company name announced during the BUILD/IT Seminar and Keynote Presentations. 

• Company name/logo on the BUILD/IT homepage at csimemphis.org 

• If you have a booth reserved, this sponsor level includes Participation in the BUILD/IT Booth Crawl.

DESCRIPTION: This level of sponsorship includes: 

• Company name/logo on all news media for the BUILD/IT Seminar series. Estimated attendance averages 75+ people.  

• Company name/logo on the BUILD/IT homepage at csimemphis.org 

• Company name announced once each hour over the PA system during the BUILD/IT show.  

• Company name announced during the BUILD/IT Seminar. 

• If you have a booth reserved, this sponsor level includes Participation in the BUILD/IT Booth Crawl.  

TITLE: Booth Crawl Sponsor 

AMOUNT: $500 

QUANTITY: Unlimited 

DESCRIPTION: This level of sponsorship includes: 

• Company name on the BUILD/IT homepage at csimemphis.org 

• Company’s name and booth number will be highlighted in the event program. 

• If you have a booth reserved, this sponsor level includes Participation in the BUILD/IT Booth Crawl.  

• Company’s name announced during door prize giveaways 

• Participation in the BUILD/IT Booth Crawl, which includes being highlighted on the event program, driving attendees to your booth.  Participants in the booth crawl will be responsible for signing attendee’s Booth Crawl Passports.   

• Booth Crawl Passports - Each BUILD/IT attendee will receive a Passport for the Booth Crawl.  Attendees will stop by participating booths to learn about their products and offerings to receive a signature on their passport. Once the passport is full, attendees are eligible to enter the door prize drawings. 

NOTES: 

• All sponsorship payments must be received 1 week prior to the event (Wednesday, March 30, 2022).  If payments are not received at that time, the Memphis Chapter of CSI reserves the right to remove the sponsors name/logo from all marketing materials. 

• All Sponsorships Paid for by credit card on the csimemphis.org website are subject to a 5.5% credit card fee. 

• All sponsors will receive the BUILD/IT 2022 RSVP/attendee list upon request.
