CSI Memphis is gearing up for BUILD/IT 2025. See options below to reserve your booth and sponsorship today. The BUILD/IT planning committee will be assigning spaces for vendors based on the size and level of booth they reserve. Our team expects spaces to fill up quickly, reserve your spot today!
Single booths are 8’x8’ and come with 2 name badges, 1 table and 2 chairs. Additional resources such as extra tables, additional name badges, and electrical power can be added on for additional costs.
Booths will be assigned by CSI Memphis. CSI Memphis will make every effort to not place you directly adjacent to or across from competing vendors in the same markets. Split booths will not be offered this year.
If paying by check, checks can be made out to CSI Memphis and sent by mail to 2100 Dalkeith Drive, Germantown, TN 38139. Checks must be received two weeks prior to event for valid registration. No post event invoices.
Bar Sponsorship: $2,600
• Company name/logo on banner at the registration board at BUILD/IT
• All show signage which includes the “BUILD/IT” logo including all promo material
printed or shared digitally including social media and official CSI email correspondence.
• Company name/logo on banner at keynote and seminars
• Company name/logo on the vendor and speaker name badges
• Company name/logo to be visible at bar locations.
• Name announced once each hour over the PA system during BUILD/IT.
• Company name announced during the BUILD/IT Seminar.

NEW for 2025
We are excited to offer a new display opportunity this year for the 2025 CSI Memphis BuildIT event. Select vendors will be able to provide a 30-minute demonstration to showcase their product to get people excited about the company. The intent is for this to be a hands-on and engaging experience with both physical and visual aids. Ideally, viewers will be able to take a skill or piece of knowledge back to the office with them that will help with documentation, installation, etc for future projects. We will have a centrally located booth for the demonstrations to provide uninterrupted and quality facetime with viewers. This is the chance to show architects, engineers, and contractors how your product works in real life in a fun and unique way! Make sure to book yours soon, as demonstration spots are limited. Demonstration times must be purchased with a booth.
